My sister and I were walking past the library the other day and I noticed that somebody had put soap in the fountain!

It would have been really cool if there were enough bubbles to spill over onto the side walk. Someone did that at Linfield...I think I heard that they used a whole box of laundry detergent to do it. :) It is so much fun, but so expensive to clean up.
