She had class. People told her she did. She was the woman who left her upscale condo at 6:00 every morning, swung by Starbucks for a Venti Nonfat Gingerbread Latte and made her hour commute to work. Leaving so early allowed her to avoid the majority of morning rush hour.

She had recently been promoted to assistant manager at the law firm where she worked. She was moving up and loving it. She enjoyed her job more than the average person and was always aiming to please.

This morning she grabbed her briefcase, her keys and her Latte and locked her car. She walked to the elevator and took it to the ground floor. Then she walked across the street, into another building and took another elevator to the 8th floor. Striding to her office door she unlocked it and set down her things. She noticed the note she had left for herself on her desk, reminding her of a few details of a case she was working on. This case was a sticky one. She turned on her computer and began checking her e-mail...
